This page explains what is and is not charged for on Praveenya — our education
app (package com.quizcash.live) and institution web portal (the "Platform").
QuizCash ("we", "our", "us") is the operating company; Praveenya is the product.
The app collects no payment from you. There is no in-app purchase, no subscription sold through the app, no deposit, no entry fee and no wallet, and the build contains no payment SDK. Because a student is never charged, there is nothing for us to refund.
1. Praveenya is free for students
The app is free to download and free to use. Every feature your institution enables is available to you at no charge from us — there is no paid tier, no premium unlock and no ad-free upgrade to buy. The Platform is funded in part by advertising served through Google AdMob.
2. Nothing is charged, so nothing can be refunded
- No purchase or subscription. Nothing in the app can be bought, and no subscription is billed to a student.
- No deposit, no wallet. The Platform holds no balance for you: nothing to top up, nothing to withdraw.
- No entry fee, no prizes. You never pay or stake anything to take a quiz, and no cash prize, monetary reward or winnings are ever paid out — see Section 4 of our Terms of Service.
- No payment details. The app never asks for a card, bank account or UPI handle, and because no money moves in either direction there is no KYC or PAN step and no TDS.
No refund claim can therefore arise from use of the app — there is no transaction of ours to reverse. If you are ever asked to pay for Praveenya, it did not come from us.
3. Academic fees belong to your institution
Where a college enables the Fees module, the amounts, instalments, concessions, any late fine and receipts shown are that institution's own academic fees.
- They are set, collected and refunded by the institution under its own rules and outside the app. We never receive or hold that money; the Fees screen only mirrors the institution's record.
- They are not an entry fee, a stake, a subscription to Praveenya or a platform charge.
- A refund or correction of academic fees must be sought from your institution's office — we cannot process or reverse it. This mirrors Section 8 of our Terms of Service.
4. Institution subscriptions (business-to-business)
An institution may take a paid plan from QuizCash directly. That is an arrangement between the company and the institution, negotiated and invoiced outside the app: it is never sold, offered or billed through the app, and it does not change the fact that the app itself carries no purchase and no subscription for any user (see Section 4 of our Terms of Service). No student is a party to such a plan or is ever billed for it, and a student's access to every feature the institution enables remains free of charge either way.
- Charges, term, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refunds are as set out in the applicable order form or invoice, and those terms govern.
- Where it is silent, we consider a written request from the institution in good faith, having regard to the unused portion of the term and to work already carried out, and reply in writing.
- Any approved refund goes to the institution, to the account it paid from — never to a student.
5. Billing questions
Write to support@quizcash.in, quoting the institution name and the invoice or order-form reference. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 7 business days. Anything about academic fees should go to your institution's office — only the institution can change that record.
Praveenya is a free educational quiz and campus-administration application. It offers no cash prize, monetary reward or real-money gaming, and no purchase or entry fee is required to use any part of it.
